Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after it shipped, contact us and we'll look into it and reship or refund.
