Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather and peak holiday volume can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to show its first update.

Shipping delays

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will notify you promptly with a revised shipping date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost or missing packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll work with you to reship or refund your order.
