Eligibility
By using this site you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe our products and display their images as accurately as possible. Specifications such as water-resistance rating, battery capacity and power are provided by the manufacturer. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Our headlamp is a general-purpose light and is not intended as safety equipment for hazardous environments, diving, or uses where failure could cause injury.
Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Pack pricing (2 or 4 headlamps) is applied automatically in the cart. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping, refunds and returns
Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.
Battery and product safety
The headlamp contains a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Charge it only with a standard USB-C charger, don’t leave it charging unattended for long periods, keep it away from extreme heat, don’t puncture or disassemble it, and dispose of it according to local battery-recycling rules.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Halowyde or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you grant us permission to display and use it in connection with our store. Your submissions must be truthful and must not be unlawful or offensive.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy and to the extent permitted by law, our products and site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
